Siemens is one of the world’s leading suppliers of switchgear and protection equipment for power systems. In New Zealand, protection and control IED products from Siemens are distributed by HV Power. This includes the SIPROTEC, REYROLLE, RUGGEDCOM and SICAM portfolio, as well as MV switchgear including 8DJH, NXPLUS C and 8DA10.

The REG-D/DA developed by A. Eberle GmbH are the most widely used tap changer controllers in New Zealand. These 'one box' solutions are used for automatic voltage regulation and temperature control of substation transformers. A. Eberle also have a range of portable power quality analysers for use in the field as well as permanent monitoring solutions. HV Power offers and supports these products in New Zealand and Australia.

EGE has a wealth of experience in the design and production of arc suppression coils in Europe, with systems now supplied by HV Power in New Zealand and Australia. Their extensive experience has resulted in the development of current injection modules to improve the tuning of coils, and working with partners like A.Eberle to offer a complete solution with control and earth-fault detection solutions.

Microchip Technology Incorporated is a leading provider of smart, connected and secure embedded control and timing solutions. In New Zealand, HV Power offer the Tekron brand of GPS clocks and time synchronisation devices for the power industry who need to maintain time for control, sequence-of-events and protection.

RMS Mors Smitt design and manufactures a range of high-quality protective relays and accessories including auxiliary and tripping relays, single and multi-function protection relays, trip circuit supervision and arc fault protection relays.

In New Zealand and Australia, HV Power offer MTE’s range of HYDROCAL products: maintenance-free online DGA and moisture-in-oil detection solutions. Based in Switzerland, MTE is perhaps best known for their range of highly dependable and highly accurate range of electricity revenue meter test equipment.

MegaResistors in Canada specialise in the design, manufacture and application of power resistors for ground and braking controls. HV Power offer standard MegaResistor enclosures in Australia and New Zealand, or use the MegaResistor stack as part of our design for larger or specialised Neutral Earthing Resistors solutions.

Founded in 2017, Greenwood-Power is an established supplier of Low Power Instrument Transformers (LPIT) for medium voltage applications. Supported by both our Siemens protection relays and A.Eberle power quality analysers it is a natural progression that HV Power offer their LPIT CTs and VTs in New Zealand and Australia. GRITEC is a large supplier of substation and technical buildings in Europe. Due to their experience in design of building and arc fault current containment, HV Power have partnered with them to design, build and type test stainless steel Class B enclosures for the New Zealand and Australian market. Designs are currently available for Siemens 8DJH series for 11 and 22 kV applications. Formerly known as Betonbau, they recently rebranded as GRITEC to better reflect their products use for Grid Technologies.

UGA develops, produces and supplies gas and watertight building entries of the highest quality. Their product range also incudes earthing points for encasement in concrete. Their standard wall inserts and retrofit products cover most applications, with customised solutions available for special applications.
